Curriculum & Instructional Designer
Problem
K-12 math teachers face a differentiation crisis: in a single classroom, student skill levels vary so widely that "teaching to the middle" leaves advanced learners bored and struggling students behind. Additionally, the heavy administrative burden of lesson planning and grading limits the time teachers can spend on high-impact, 1-on-1 mentorship.
Solution
This project provides a framework for the AI-Augmented Math Classroom, leveraging generative AI to automate personalized lesson plans and create adaptive "tutor" prompts. By using AI to bridge the gap between abstract math and student interests, the curriculum reduces teacher burnout while ensuring every student receives support tailored to their specific pace and proficiency level.

The Mission
Design an immersive digital onboarding experience for a Company that reduces 'Day 1 Anxiety' by providing clear milestones, company history, and actionable tasks.
In this project, I focused on the balance between Information and Action. By shifting the focus from 'reading about culture' to 'interacting with culture,' I increased learner engagement and ensured that the most critical first-day tasks were prioritized through a state-based interactive checklist.

Problem: High failure rates for home bakers attempting complex traditional pastries.
Solution: A streamlined, interactive Rise 360 module that utilizes visual scaffolding and chunking strategies to guide learners through the authentic Turkish Baklava process.
